Sony Computer Entertainment have just announced that a YouTube app for the Vita will be released towards the end of June.

YouTube will join the other apps available on the Vita including Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Music Unlimited, Flickr, and FourSquare. There isn’t much to say about this, it will operate much the same as the YouTube app on other mobile devices. SCE have mentioned that as 2012 goes on they will be announcing more “unique, social and immersive experiences only available on PS Vita” so we will have to wait and see what they are.
