Our good friends at Tin Man Games have released Gamebook Adventures 1: An Assassin in Orlandes as a LITE version, offering you the chance to try it for no cost.
EA are really taking the casual game space seriously, after buying the Australian iOS development company Firemint, they have now turned their sights on PopCap. In a rumoured takeover price of US$1billion (that’s about $53.20 in Australia), this look’s to be the largest take over of a social gaming company in history.
In the May 2009 Australian Federal Government Budget the Labour Government announced its plans for a new Research & Development Tax Credit, this was to replace the Research and Development Tax Concession. It was designed to provide a tax offset and encourage companies to invest in research and development in Australia. On May 15th 2011 the Government announced the cross bench support for the new Tax Credit.
