Today is New Years Eve, a time for reflection on the past year and a time to start setting goals for 2012. We launched Drop Bear Gaming officially on January 1st this year so I thought this would be a perfect chance to sum up the highlights of 2011 for DBG and gaming in general. A lot happened this year in gaming as well as some major milestones for us as a site so join me as I reflect on the last 12 months.

With life becoming more fast-paced, we’re always looking for ways to have fun within a quicker and more easily accessible form, so does this mean that AAA games may one day be a thing of the past?

L.A. Noire: The Anti-GTA – An in-depth game analysis

About a week ago, I was in my local games store and having a chat (see: flirting shamelessly) with one of the employees when LA Noire came up. He hadn’t played it yet, but he was very keen to, and asked me how it was. My response?
