Matt & Lucas are back! We apologise for another long break between episodes after a busy (and COVID-infected) last month and a half but the DBG podcast is back for another round. On this episode the guys discuss Stray, the Multiversus open beta, the Overwatch 2 closed beta, as well as share their thoughts on the new PS Plus subscription and game catalogue and much more. Stray (PS5)
Stray is a relaxing puzzle, similar to a ball of string: follow the loose end to unravel the mystery within. The downside, if any, is the limitation of movement and exploration placed on one of nature's most curious and nimble explorers. Stray is a very beautiful and cute game, with a dark and potentially accurate view of a distant world that humans have destroyed.
Chernobylite (PS5)
Chernobylite is an Action RPG with shooter elements, some team management and base building elements - a pseudo-horror game set in the aftermath of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. That's just the start, Chernobyllite is fun, has lots of depth and replayability.

Episode 121 – Not A Prime Number
Duration: 01:00:08 • Size: 41.3 MB

Another episode of the Drop Bear Gaming podcast is here! Yay! I’m sorry to say this episode is NOT a prime number, however it does have some PRIME games mentioned on it. Lucas has of course been continuing his career as a professional baller on NBA2K18, while Matt continued his regular job of playing as many games as possible. On this episode Matt shared his thoughts about the new 80s-themed action adventure game Crossing Souls (including a song from the soundtrack with thanks to the creator of the games soundtrack TimeCop1983), Wulverblade, EA Sports UFC 3, and the new Civilization VI DLC Rise & Fall. The guys also discuss the announced changes to the PS Plus subscription, the dismal life of the Vita compared to the exciting life of the Switch on the back of the birthdays of both systems, and much much more! We hope you enjoy the show 🙂 Read more…

LEGO Star Wars Skywalker Saga (PS5)
TT Games have brought their best work to this celebration of Star Wars history. All nine of the Skywalker Star Wars movies combined in LEGO glory. This is truly a nostalgic trip while also being the best LEGO game ever made.

Lucas
The Podfather/Convo Controller
Super salesman by day, Batdad and Gamersutra by night. As a self-confessed technology pacifist, he prefers to sit on the console-war fence and play games on his PC.

PlayStation Fanboy/Motormouth
Electrician by trade and yet also highly skilled at finding time to game around work and family commitments. A PlayStation fanboy with a platinum count and obvious podcast bias to prove it. Thinks DC is clearly superior to Marvel. Has been known to rant.
