The Force is strong with this episode! The deal between Disney and EA has finally brought us the single player Star Wars game that we have been waiting a decade and it’s a pretty good one. On this episode of the DBG podcast Matt and Lucas discuss Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, then Matt reviews Need For Speed Heat and Civilization VI. Lucas closes out the show with another patented DBG rant about EB Games. We hope you enjoy the show! Read more…

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4)
Respawn have brought us the single player Star Wars experience we have been waiting for. Fallen Order has that iconic Star Wars feel thanks to a well written story and brilliant sound design and paves the way for an all new SW gaming franchise.
Need For Speed Heat (PS4)
An amalgamation of all of the best bits from the Need For Speed games over the years. Strong graphics are only let down by lacklustre character models but they don't matter much in a racing game. Gameplay is fun and there is plenty to do but is let down by some disappointing AI.

Lucas
The Podfather/Convo Controller
Super salesman by day, Batdad and Gamersutra by night. As a self-confessed technology pacifist, he prefers to sit on the console-war fence and play games on his PC.
Matt
PlayStation Fanboy/Motormouth
Electrician by trade and yet also highly skilled at finding time to game around work and family commitments. A PlayStation fanboy with a platinum count and obvious podcast bias to prove it. Thinks DC is clearly superior to Marvel. Has been known to rant.
