It’s become a trend lately for game publishers to get companion games made for the iOS platform in the lead up to big releases, particularly games like Mass Effect, Dead Space, Rage and others. Rockstar have decided to get on the bandwagon ahead of the upcoming release of Max Payne 3 and have now released Max Payne Mobile, although it’s a little different to the rest.
Today is New Years Eve, a time for reflection on the past year and a time to start setting goals for 2012. We launched Drop Bear Gaming officially on January 1st this year so I thought this would be a perfect chance to sum up the highlights of 2011 for DBG and gaming in general. A lot happened this year in gaming as well as some major milestones for us as a site so join me as I reflect on the last 12 months.
Dinoroar Interactive recent announced the release of Havoc for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, as well as all Android platforms. A cartoon stylized arcade game, Havoc throws players into the shoes of one of three unique monsters and challenges them to stomp past level after level of boulder throwing, rocket smashing carnage on a quest to find their beloved baby! For anyone ages 13 and up, Havoc is available on for download on both iTunes and the Android Market for only $0.99.
