Dinoroar Interactive, creators of the iPhone/iPod game Memory Loss, have just released a teaser trailer for their second game for the mobile platform called Samurai Training. The new title will be released for both the iOS platform and Android, and is slated for release in autumn 2011 with an aim to release it by the end of March.

Samurai Training will place the player in the proverbial sandles of a student of the art of the Samurai, with the hopes of one day being powerful and skilled enough to beat their own Master in combat. The game’s levels will be based around different training challenges designed to help the student gain strength and skill on his quest to become the greatest Samurai of all the land.

The training will lead to a battle with your Master, to see if you can defeat him, and how quickly you can do it. The challenge beyond that is to go back and unlock hidden combos that will assist you in defeating the Master more quickly in future battles, in an attempt to improve yourself to be the best Samurai you can be.

Samurai Training is tipped to have a price point of between USD$1.99-2.99 (approximately AUD$2.50-3.50) and will be released for both iPhone/iPod Touch and Android, and there will be a Lite version released so people can try before they buy. Dinoroar hope to release this by the end of March, and you will be able to find a review for it on Drop Bear Gaming upon release, and perhaps win yourself a code for it on our podcast, but we will have more details on that later.
